Friday February 13, 2015 – At Sea
We got up about 9.
Tim did his workout and I did a little condo business, email and updated
files. We sat in the Lounge and enjoyed
the scenery – it’s full this morning as the weather is very cool so no one is
out on deck.
We went to lunch at 12:30 in the dining room. We entered the Chilean fjords about 1 pm. We cruised all day up a river to see the
waterfalls only to find out that the waterfalls were dried up since it is the
end of summer. Oh well, the ride was
pretty with snow-capped mountains in the distance all around. We relaxed and enjoyed the day.
We went for drinks in the Lounge with Putu about 7 and then
to dinner about 8:15. We got a prime
table for 2 at the back window looking to the stern with beautiful scenery all
around. Dinner was great.
We went to the show at 9:30 and saw a woman who played the
piano and sang – she should have stuck with the piano as she was much better at
that. It was a good show. Then back to the Lounge for a night-cap and
then to bed. Tomorrow will be another
early day as we’ll arrive at the glacier at 7:15 am.
